I’ve been battling a little bit of a dry, scratchy throat. and I know from experience, the Thieves Cough Drops (combined with menthol from peppermint essential oil) do the trick to comfort and soothe. Seriously, they are the bomb! They have spoiled me against all other cough and throat drops.

When you think of candles, how does it make you feel? Snuggly? Warm?
I use to love candles. The scents and the coziness of them.
However, I never liked the safety concerns around them. I always use to worry about leaving a room and forgetting about the candle entirely. What then? Would the house burn down? I'm pretty sure its happened to someone, somewhere.
Anyone else ever have that same thought? I can't be alone.
I bought myself ice cream today. Dairy free, that is. I have been craving it the last couple nights.
That's because I am finding these first few nights without my daughter at home difficult and my emotions are getting the best of me. It's the time of day I would see her the most. When we would eat dinner together and watch our favorite shows. Often she would have a bowl of ice cream too.

I feed my two family dogs raw dog food. Not dry. Not cooked. Raw. Yes, you heard me right. RAW. As in, uncooked meat and organs. And, yes, it is more expensive than kibble, but it’s worth it. I will explain my thinking and then provide links if you want to dive deeper into the why.
