I used to struggle with Hashimoto's, a sluggish thyroid, fatigue, and and a heaviness of sadness that weighed me down—all brought on by exposure to mold. It felt overwhelming, like I was stuck in a fog with no way out.

Then I discovered Joy essential oil, which changed everything. It brought a spark of hope and helped me feel lighter, step by step. It was the first step to finding the healing I longed for. 

Now I help midlife women who are ready to take back control of their health.
