Integrity is sincerity, and truthfulness in one’s actions.
Sharing a business you believe in—especially one rooted in wellness, values, and relationships—requires courage.
When connection matters deeply, many of us struggle with how to share without feeling pushy, salesy, or uncomfortable. We want to protect relationships, honor trust, and still be honest about opportunities that could genuinely bless others.
Many of us are navigating how to share what we love—products, practices, or opportunities—without compromising our values or our relationships. Integrity becomes the filter through which everything else flows.
That tension between business and relationships is where integrity is often tested.
Not long ago, I hosted a gathering in my home. It was well attended, and I was genuinely honored that people took the time to be there. But after everyone left, I felt unsettled. Almost icky. Weak. Disappointed in myself. I didn’t show up the way I had intended.
When Fear Silences Integrity
Here’s why.
I didn’t speak what was on my heart. I let fear lead. I made assumptions about how my words would be received, and those assumptions silenced me. I had thoughts written down that I chose not to share. I skipped over important information because I feared rejection.
