Do You Get Headaches?

Do You Get Headaches?

When you think of candles, how does it make you feel? Snuggly? Warm?

I use to love candles. The scents and the coziness of them.

However, I  never liked the safety concerns around them. I always use to worry about leaving a room and  forgetting about the candle entirely. What then? Would the house burn down? I'm pretty sure its happened to someone, somewhere.

Anyone else ever have that same thought? I can't be alone.

The Oily Pet- Digize to the Rescue

The Oily Pet- Digize to the Rescue

Having a dog is not all sunshine and roses. Don’t get me wrong, it’s hard not to melt when I see this face and I usually forget all wrongs done with one look into his eyes, but there are messy parts of pet ownership I could do without.

You know, like the barking, shedding and daily poop pick-up. Can I get an AMEN?

Here's an example. The other day Abby noticed a foul smell out on our front porch. It's a favorite spot for Mercy, and sometimes Scout. They love to sit on the window seat to look out into the front yard or wait for someone to come home.

This particular day, the window seat and surrounding area showed signs of possible vomit. ICK! I can’t stand that smell! However, We weren’t sure because not all the evidence remained, if you know what I mean. Again, ick. We also didn’t know which dog was the suspect. That is, until later in the same day.

Turns out Scout’s tummy didn’t like the temporary change in food. It came up almost as soon as it went down.  I’m guessing that’s what happened on the porch earlier in the day too, except Mercy was around to eat it. TMI? Sorry.

(Note to self: Don’t forget to reorder their raw dog food in a timely manner next time.)

Good news is, Scout has recovered fine. I just threw the dry food away and made another plan. I was also glad I could use my go-to Digize digestive oil on him just as easily as I could on me. Rubbed a little on his belly and life was as good as new for him.

If you haven't heard of Digize yet, you need to! It is a blend of oils including ginger, peppermint, fennel, and anise. The combination of these oils helps to address indigestion, stomach cramps, upset stomach, and more. It may just be your "AHA" oil blend. The one that makes you a believer.

As for me, I still need to finish the clean up. I sprinkled a mixture of baking soda and citrus fresh essential oil on the carpet  and have yet to vacuum that up. I figure the longer I leave it, the better it will smell- and, well, truth is, I kind of forgot about it too. Out of sight, out of mind, right?

By the way, Young Living has updated their shopping platform and now it’s even easier to add seed to seal quality products to your life! Reach out or  Follow this link to see for yourself. It used to be that to unlock the 24% discount and promotional products, you had to order a membership kit. Although the kit was, and still is, awesome, it did hold some people back. If you’re one of those people, now’s the time to reconsider. I promise, you'll be bound to find something you love!

Summer- Fun In The Sun

First, let’s talk skincare. It’s always important to take care of your skin, but especially when it's exposed to the sun. The excitement of longer, brighter, and warmer days can make it easy to be a forgetful of this.
